Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item(s) for any reason, we are pleased to offer returns and exchanges, provided the following conditions are met:
- All items must be in their original packaging with all product tags intact.
- Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- The original receipt/invoice must be included.
- The item must have been purchased originally from India.
If any of the above conditions are not met, we regret that we will be unable to process the return or exchange, even if the items have been mailed back to us.
Online Returns & Exchanges
To return or exchange an item purchased online, please follow the steps below:
- Include the original invoice along with the item(s) in their original condition and packaging.
- Ship the parcel to us using a traceable courier service.
- Wait for our email confirmation once we receive your parcel. Processing typically takes 5 working days.
- Upon approval, a Store Credit Note will be issued.
Important Notes on Store Credit
- All approved returns will be refunded only via online Store Credit Notes.
- Store Credit is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- Store Credit is:
- Non-refundable
- Non-extendable
- Non-exchangeable for cash
- Not valid at retail stores (online use only)
- Store Credit must be used in a single transaction. Any unused balance will not be refunded.
- Store Credit will be issued at the purchase price mentioned on the original invoice.
- Shipping charges (original, return, or onward shipping for exchange) are not refundable.
Defective or Wrong Items
If the item received is defective or you have received a wrong shipment, we will bear the cost of shipping the item(s) back to you.
Please note:
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If a replacement item is unavailable, we reserve the right to:
- Provide an item of similar value, or
- Issue store credit, or
- Use any other method we deem suitable.
